Massey Real Estate started as a property management firm and branched into other sectors after a few years, so we are quite knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to choosing the right investment for your specific need.

After your purchase we would also be happy to manage your investment to free up your time to focus on other projects, or better yet, spend more time for yourself and with your family!

For current landlords who wish to seek a property management firm to handle their investments, we would love to talk with you! With our business system, you are welcome to only pay us for the work we do on your property. Once you read the property management agreement which you will find in the "Documents Used In Property Management" link, you will see that we are paid hourly while no rent is being received, and then a flat fee once we are receiving rent. If you would like to hire us to locate tenants only and you manage your own property, we are happy to handle that aspect as well.
